Joy Blandin joined HPC’s staff in 2006 as the Church Accountant. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS in Accounting. After living 20 years in Prospect, Ky, Joy, and her family recently moved to Greensboro, NC. She and her family enjoy local festivals, the beach and exploring North Carolina. She currently works remotely for HPC.
