Soprano Jennifer Poff Trentham received her Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from the University of Louisville, while completing her private voice studies under Edith Davis Tidwell. Jennifer continued her education at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where she earned a Master of Music in Voice, and is also ABD in her Doctor of Musical Arts. One of her passions is teaching, so in addition to performing throughout the region, Jennifer has a successful private voice studio, and her students consistently win voice competitions, receive Superior ratings, and are offered college scholarships for their vocal achievements. As a regular performer with Kentucky Opera, Jennifer loves investing in the musical community of Louisville, and is honored to do so as a part of the Music Ministry at Highland. She lives in Louisville with her husband Steven, and her two adorable boys, Logan and Miles.
